mx Health Kinesiology Tape (5cm x 5M)

My partners plays football everyweek and this is an essential in his kit bag. He says this tape is really good quality and have a good hold! It is easy to use and mild to where he wants it and stays put.

This is a super quality tape, with a good levels of stickiness that makes taping up and supporting the correct areas easy enough. I really like the colour, it's definitely more interesting than my usual blue tape! At this price it's probably on the more expensive end of things, but with delivery from amazon it's decent value.

This is different approach to kinesio tape. Usually they are black, boring, this one wants to be visible and it is right, why to hide it. Super sticky, when applied on skin it stays there no matter what. Very stretchy and easy to apply. I suffer for contact dermatitis and with this tape I have no problem at all, I am using it to support my libre sensor as well insulin pump and I really like it. I wore it for consecutive 3 days together with my pump and it still was sticky and on my body doing good job providing support for my pump. Very happy with it.
